Our Leadership

Debi Wacker : President

Ms. Debi Wacker has over 30 years of experience in strategic and market planning, product and market research, public relations and copywriting. Ms. Wacker has helped numerous organizations in a variety of industries plan and meet with objectives in Advertising and Communications Management.

Ms. Wacker established LightSource with the goal to become a leader in the development of exceptional public relations, marketing plans, visioning and communication services. Debi's vision and drive to create stand-out messaging and positioning strategies have pushed LSM away from mainstream concepts into an exciting new collaborative environment. Debi understands that the key is the ability to translate these visions into messages and design that make others react. This is the essence of LightSource.

Debi earned her B.S. in Finance from Boston College and her M.B.A. in Marketing and Economics from George Washington University. She also recently returned to the college campus — teaching undergraduate Economics courses.

Glenn Wacker : Business Development

Glenn Wacker leads the Business Development team at LightSource and with good reason; he and the clients he works with, by the way, enjoy tremendous success.

The marketing consulting services Glenn offers include Opportunity Identification and Qualification, Marketing Plan Development and Implementation, Client Call Plan Development and Execution, and Competitive Analysis. He has successfully identified and assisted clients in winning small and large ADP Support Services contracts with both federal and state government agencies.
